Family Fun Fest Guidelines
Set up info and Guidelines (5-7-2023 updated)
Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis with preference to past participants.
You will need to bring your own tables, chairs & anything else you will need for your table space AND brochures for your Organization and we suggest a children’s activitiy or give a ways to bring people to your display
Booth guidelines apply for all Events AND All CDC Covid-19 recommendations will be followed as mandated by the CDC and Governor’s office at the time of the event
Reminder: This is a RAIN or SHINE event. No refunds of payment will be possible.
Guidelines & Registration
Booth Guidelines:
*** Family Fun Fest set up time Friday EVENING 6:00pm – 8pm Sept 29th 2023
Saturday Morning September 30th by 10am Event starts at 11am-3pm
Booths are requested to provide a free appropriate activity for children
Businesses may promote themselves through demonstrations and distribution of marketing materials while providing family activities and games to encourage people to visit your booth
All materials need to stay in booth space provided
Distributing material outside of booth space will not be allowed
Appropriate items may be sold, Non Profit Fundraising is allowed
Drawings for prizes, coupons valid with a visit to your place of business & freebies are permissible & Encouraged
Non-Profit Booth Guidelines:
These booths are for Non Profit organizations 501c3 or an established Bank Account for the group named with liability insurance certificate.
Organizations may promote themselves through demonstrations and distribution of written materials
Drawings for prizes, coupons & freebies are permissible & Encouraged
You may display a donation box with the charity you promote
All materials need to stay in booth space provided
Distributing material outside of booth space will not be allowed
Each non-profit should provide and display a mission statement and copy of your 990
Booths are encouraged to provide a free activity for children
We will need a copy of your Liability Insurance for your Group
General Regulations:
Compliance with the School, Town, County and/or state ordinance, taxes, and laws is the responsibility of the participant.
No guns, knives (including toy), generators, or trailers allowed on site. NO pets !!!! No tobacco or alcohol.
No vehicles allowed in set-up area after 10:00 am and not before 4pm
Do not leave your area unattended. ShencoCares will NOT assume responsibility for any loss due to fire, weather, theft, or other damages, which might occur. We are NOT responsible for Accidents etc. etc.
ENTRY DEADLINE: September 6th 2023. Inclusion in advertising may not be possible after August 1st date.
