We need your help and talents  - Sign up and volunteer!

Thank you for considering to be a volunteer,. It takes hundreds of people  and we need your help.

All volunteers must be 16 years or older and will be required to work a minimum of 3.5 - 4 hours depending on area you volunteer. 

Volunteers will receive FREE admission for the day they volunteer.

To be consistent with the purpose of Family Fun Fest, we request that all volunteers agree to the following rules & policies:

• • Must be 16 Years or older (Some areas must be 18 or older)
• • Appropriate modest dress is required at all times.
• • No smoking.
• • No use of alcohol or drugs.
• • No profanity or inappropriate language.
• • No solicitation of any purpose other than approved by Family Fun Fest Committee is allowed.

Volunteer Position Descriptions

   KIDS KORNER

Work with the pre-school and little children in the Kids' Korner. Games, crafts, face painting, hair painting and activities.

   TEEN KORNER

Work with teens - Games, Volleyball, Inflatables, in the Teens area. Line control and assistance with the activities.

   PARKING / GATES /TRAFFIC

Help with the traffic flow coming into the festival. You will meet at the entrance to the festival and make sure traffic is going in the correct directions and moving smoothly. You will ensure that people park in correct areas.

   DRINKS / SNACKS

Help with soft drinks and snacks - Festival drink/snack tents.

   VOLUNTEERS CHECK IN / INFORMATION BOOTH

Greet and register volunteers, help answer questions from attendees, hand out event programs and work in other areas as needed throughout the festival.

   TICKET TAKERS

Exchange Registration cards for tickets/wristbands at the gates, and greet and register those coming into the main gate of the festival. You must enjoy dealing with a variety people, have good communication skills, and have a willingness to learn about all aspects of our Festival in order to answer questions.

   SET-UP

This is where you will help set up everything and anything, build things, work with equipment and do everything and anything that is needed to be finished. This position requires that you are able to easily lift and carry 75 pounds. No one under the age of 18

   PRAYER TENT

Prayer Tent Volunteers pray with festival attendees seeking prayer. This is not a counseling position - it is prayer support. This is a position for those with experience in leading others to Christ as well as dealing with other issues. We are in need of Pastors & Youth Pastors for this area. Must be 18 or older.

   SECURITY

Working security for the stage area, grounds and the gates. Security personel have to be 18 or older and will need to be able to be available during the entire event.
